I’ve learned that the hardest part of leadership isn’t making decisions. It’s seeing the truth clearly enough to make the right ones.

CXO is my way of turning 26 years lived experience as CEO into clarity for other CEOs.

Across nearly three decades of leading companies, one pattern has defined my work: solving hard problems head-on.

My career spans technology, cloud, cybersecurity and automation. I’ve founded, scaled and exited two companies. Now I channel that experience into helping CEOs and executive teams make the hard decisions necessary to get their businesses back on track.

As Managing Director of Datcom Cloud, I led the company from inception to acquisition, overseeing strategy, operations and finance.

Through the GFC and COVID, I built a 50-person team (including an offshore centre) while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction and repeatedly refocused the business by stripping away anything that didn’t drive profitability.

At the same time, I founded Tomorrow’s Home & Business, an automation venture delivering award-winning residential and executive boardroom projects.

Running both taught me the value of focus, the cost of distraction, and how to scale through the right people and priorities.

Today, I help CEOs make the tough decisions to move their business forward.
